Oh, Advil....

 Well, even though I knew that taking Advil could lead to my migraine's getting worse...  Even though I had gone through a one year complete fast after getting up to 5-advil doses; I am back at square one.  Well, maybe 2 and a 1/2...  And now I am back to 3/week, and almost daily medicating (not counting the daily amitrip.). 

Tomorrow: Swimming recommences, and the beginning of the fast.
